Free shipping
Shipping is free, but there are some limitations. For the time being, however, we can only offer this to the following regions: US, Canada, UK, EU and Scandinavia.
If your country is not listed, we will do our best to find a solution. Please select “Contact” from the header menu and let us know where you are located.
How your order is processed
We are a small company, so for the time being we will dispatch orders once a week. We hope this won’t inconvenience you. It will be well worth the wait — we promise.
International and Norwegian orders
We accept credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. You will receive tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Pick-up at our store
If you live in Norway (or are driving through on your way to enjoy the North Cape) and would like to collect your book from the Hushbird store/studio in Oslo, please use the contact form to suggest a suitable time. You will receive a complimentary coffee and a sturdy tote bag to carry your book home. Collecting your book in person also means a lower total cost, as shipping is not included.
Shipping, Duties & Returns
All books are shipped from Norway. They are sold free of Norwegian VAT and clearly declared as printed books in the shipment documentation.
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price. Please note, however, that local VAT, customs duties or import fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Any such charges are set by local authorities and are beyond our control.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
If a shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in resolving the matter with the carrier. Should your book arrive visibly damaged, we ask that you notify us within a few days of receipt and include photographs of both the packaging and the book itself, so that we can assess the situation properly.
Due to the size, weight and international shipping costs of this publication, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched, except in cases of damage or delivery failure. We therefore encourage you to review the information and images on the website carefully before placing your order.
